Red Sports & Play Camps
Come and join the Sportsters Team at our RED Sports and Play Camps taking place during all school holidays, running at sites in Maldon & Heybridge.
Camps will give children the opportunities to take part in a number of different and exciting sports, play and activities! Little Sportsters will have a choice of activities throughout each camp day, with our camp programme offering something for everyone. We also include a number of special themed sessions and events for each school holiday.
We work in partnership with Active Essex to provide fully funded places to eligible children during all school holidays (please see FAQ for further details).
Camps are suitable for all children (boys and girls) from 4-12 years
Camp times - 9am - 3pm
Price- Only £25 per child per day

The LSC's camp programme offers a wide variety of multi-sports and activities for each camp day
Some of the multi-sports on offer are:
Tag Rugby, Football, Cricket, Athletics, Gymnastics, Rounders, Basketball and many more!
Some of the activities and play on offer are:
Arts & crafts, nature walks, obstacle courses, dance, team building, movies and so much more!
Big Day Out Events- During the main School holidays of Easter, Summer and Winter we also offer a number trips to local attractions as part of our camp programme.
For camps children should come with a refillable water bottle, packed lunch and a suitable amount of snacks for each day. Children booked for a funded space at HAF camps or attend during half terms for free school meal places will be provide with a meal at lunchtimes on each day.
Please note we run NUT-FREE camps.
Camp Checklist

Please ensure your Little Sportsters are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for the day.

Camps activities will take place both outside and inside so please provide children with a coat/jacket, hat/gloves or potential summer cream depending on time of year.

Any medication is given to the Sportsters team upon check-in.

Please make coaches aware of any previous injuries upon check-in.

During check in, we will ask you for a password. This password is to be presented when collecting your child.
